Self blowing raspberries on my upper arms make extremely realistic and disgusting fart/crap noises. I can record them for you to use in any audio format. Through my excellent technique I can emulate just about every fart and crap except of course silent but deadly. This can be a hilarious text message tone or ringtone. Use it as a prank, change someones phone dial button noises to fart noises.
