Come to the west side of Munich in Germany and we find a lake (or small river) where I will teach you how to roll a kayak. Alternatively, fly me in to a nice location ;-). You should be able to swim and be 16 years old at least. To learn it in 1 day requires some fitness, but you do not have to be a freeletics maniac ;-)
